Hobby

Things I make when nobody asks me to.

Evenings and weekends go to a 3D printer, a stack of prototype game cards and a long list of apps I wanted to exist. All of them share a rule from my day job: no accounts, no tracking, no data collection.

3D printing

Designing for the nozzle

I design functional parts, toys and game components for home FDM printers and publish them for free. The same obsession with “how does this actually get made?” eventually turned into a CAD application of its own.

Lets3dPrint

Print-ready CAD built around your 3D printer. Exact solids and a full step history, plus the things other modelling apps leave out: textures pressed into any face, surface waves, flow-line lampshades and vases, smart objects placed many times, a library of parametric parts, CSV data as 3D bars, twist locks, threads that actually print — and a nozzle-aware Print Check before you slice.

  • Native on Mac; modelling is free
  • Exports STEP, 3MF and STL
  • Nozzle-aware Print Check catches unprintable geometry early
